Mom's Orange Salad (insalata Di Arance)

This was one of my mom's favorite summer salad. Everyone loved it. It's so refreshing.
Ingredients:
4 big oranges
2 to 3 scallions cleaned and cut small
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
crushed red pepper to your taste.
salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
1. Peel oranges, section them and cut into bite sizes.
2. Add all ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate before serving.
3. Serve with italian bread.
4. Mom added water to the salad so it would make more juice for dipping the bread.
