My mom makes this for my family and they love it. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
3/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 cup water |
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Combine ground beef, onion, garlic salt and oregano and brown in large skillet. 2. Once browned, add water, noodles and tomatoes (undrained). Mix well. 3. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with cheese. 4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. |
