I found it! Haven't had this for year's. My mom used to make this for holiday get-togethers. I will be making it this holiday season as my sister's have all been missing it. (pic courtesy of Photobucket) Ingredients:

2 c sugar |
1 c margarine or butter |
2 t cocoa |
4 eggs |
1 1/2 cup flour |
1 c walnuts |
1 c coconut |

7 oz. jar of marshmallow cream |
icing |
1 lb powdered sugar |
1/2 c margarine or butter |
1/2 c canned milk |
1/2 c cocoa or less |
1 t vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix cake ingredients together and bake in 13x9 cake pan at 350* for 30 min.
2. Take from the oven, while hot, spread marshmallow cream on top.
3. Let cool then top with icing mixture.
