My favorite meatloaf recipe ever! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chuck |
1 cup finely chopped onion |
1 cup tomato soup |
2 large eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup ketchup |
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all of the ingredients-excluding the ingredients for sauce-and mix in large bowl. 3. Pour the mixed ingredients into a large oven-proof pan. 4. Mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar together for sauce. 5. Pour sauce over the meatloaf. 6. Bake for 1 hour at 350. |
