Meatloaf recipe passed to my mom from her gma. Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck |
1/2 lb ground pork |
1 cup tomato juice (v8 works too) |
3/4 cup oatmeal |
1 chopped onion |
1 egg |
splash hot sauce |
salt |
pepper |
catsup or chili sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix everything but the catsup/chile sauce and form loaf in 9 x 13 pan 3. Slather on catsup/chile sauce for desired crust thickness. 4. Bake 350°F for 1 hour. |
