Great as a side dish or a desert. Serve on letuce leaves when served as a side dish. Ingredients:
1 small package lemon jello |
1 small package lime jello |
2 c boiling water |
2 small cream cheese, softened |
1 large can crushed pineapple, use juice |
1 c chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Blend together Jello and cream cheese. 2. Pour boiling water into mixture and stir un til completely dissolved. 3. When it is cool enough to start to thicken add crushed pineapple and the juice, mix well. 4. Stir in chopped pecans. 5. Pour into a casserole dish and cool till firm. |
