Can't decide, bake a CAKE PIE. My mom loved lemon and always made this one. :) Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
2 tbsp flour |
3/4 cup milk |
2 tbsp real lemon juice |
1 unbaked pie crust |
Directions:
1. Cream butter, salt andd sugar together. 2. Add yokes of eggs, flour, milk and lemon. 3. Lastly fold in the egg whites that have been beaten till they hold a peak. 4. Pour into unbaked crust and bake in 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until custard thickens in the center. |
