The longer you store this before straining into storage containers the better the flavors will blend together. Ingredients:
4 cups sugar |
4 cups water |
3/4 cup instant coffee |
1 vanilla bean (chopped) |
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup |
1 tablespoon glycerin (pharmacy) |
750 ml vodka |
Directions:
1. Boil water and sugar in a pot for 10 minutes and then cool to room temperature. 2. Put sugar water in an empty gallon container with the instant coffee, chopped vanilla bean, chocolate syrup, vodka, and glycerin. 3. Shake container thoroughly at least once a day for two weeks. 4. Strain through cheese cloth or similar straining device, bottle, and serve. |
