I remember as a kid sneaking into the fridge and eating spoonfuls of my mom's hot fudge sauce. This is a simple recipe that is great over bananas and vanilla ice cream for a nice hot fudge Sunday. You'll love it! Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
4 tablespoons flour |
12 ounces evaporated milk |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cocoa, & flour and blend well in a saucepan. 2. Over medium heat, add other ingredients and boil 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. 3. Stir frequently to prevent from clumping. |
