Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) margarine |
1 1/2 cup(s) flour |
1/2 cup(s) raisins |
1/2 cup(s) pecans chopped |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/4 cup(s) cold coffee cold |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground gloves ground |
1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/4 cup(s) chopped cherries chopped |
1 whole(s) egg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) dates chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. Chill in frig for 1 hour. On a slightly greased cook sheet drop a rounded teaspoon full of batter off the spoon with your finger to push batter onto the cookie sheet approx. 2 inches apart. Bake at 350*F until set. Just until. 5-10 minutes, depending on the temperature, so check often. Cool on a wire rack. |
