Recipe my mom always made at Thanksgiving and Cristmas. Ingredients:
4 cups chicken or turkey broth |
1 stick butter |
8 tbls butter |
3 hard boiled eggs chopped. |
giblets from chicken or turkey boiled and diced |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and flour over medium high heat. 2. Slowly add 1/4 cup broth at a time. Turn heat down to medium. 3. Continue until all broth is used and continue cooking until thick. 4. Turn heat off. 5. Add eggs and giblets and serve over turkey, chicken or stuffing. |
