This is the recipe for home-made gravy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a container with a lid, shake all ingredients until well mixed. 2. Add to broth, from a roast or chicken, slowly add, until desired consistency, taste for flavor and add salt or pepper as needed. |
