Mom's Good Meatloaf

This is my mom's recipe for meatloaf. It is very simple but good. The only thing I do different is I add 1/2 cup Open Pit Barbecue Sauce over the top of the meatloaf before I bake it.
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef
4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
Directions:
1. Mix all of the above together and bake at 350°F for one hour.
2. If your meatloaf is thicker may take a little longer.
3. Save a drop or two of tomato juice and pour over top of meat before baking.
