This is such a simple fudge recipe. My mom has made this creamy and yummy fudge since I can remember! Everyone that tries it can't stop eating it! The best thing about it is you can personalize it by mixing in any of your favorite candies. Ingredients:
1 1/2 (12 ounce) bags semisweet chocolate chips |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine the chocolate chips, milk, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. 2. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with waxed paper; pour the fudge into the dish and smooth into an even layer. Allow to cool until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into squares; store wrapped in plastic or in a sealable container in the refrigerator. |
