Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
1/2 cup(s) ham diced |
1/2 cup(s) celery chopped |
1/2 cup(s) mushrooms chopped |
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped |
3 cup(s) rice cooked and chilled |
3-4 tablespoon(s) low-sodium soy sauce |
1 egg beaten |
Directions:
1. Add oil to large nonstick pan, or wok and heat over med-hi heat. Add ham and cook 'til lightly brown. Add remaining veggies, cooking approx. 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring until warmed. Add beaten egg and cook for 3-4 minutes. |
