Mom's Favorite Pumpkin Pie |

Our traditional Thanksgiving pie. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°. 2. Beat eggs well. 3. Add all other filling ingredients and mix well. 4. Pour into shell. 5. Bake for 55 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. |
