Moms Favorite Bread Machine Rolls |

I found this recipe years ago when I first got my bread machine. Whatever you do, I hope you enjoy. Read more . Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk, slightly warmed (see the directions of bread machine) |
6 tablespoons butter softened and cut into pieces |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
3 cups bread flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients into bread machine in order instructed by the manufacturer. Usually all wet, (as listed above) or all dry first. Set machine to dough cycle. When dough cycle is complete, remove dough onto floured board. 2. Roll dough into equal size logs. Cut each log into 9 pieces and place into greased muffin tins or you can shape them in a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. 3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter, 4. NOTE: If you like sesame seeds on your rolls, brush the rolls with an egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking them. |
