Mom's Enchiladas

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef, browned
16 ounce(s) tomato sauce
3 cup(s) water
2 envelope(s) mccormick enchilada seasoning mix
16 corn tortillas
2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer five minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of sauce to meat mixture.
4. Coat each tortillas in sauce. Spoon 3 TB of meat down the center of each 5. tortilla and top with a little cheese. Fold over tortillas to encase meat and place is greased baking dish.
5. Spoon remaining sauce over enchiladas. Top with cheese and green onions.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
