8 4/5 ounces whole wheat pasta |
1 cup marinara sauce |
14 ounces fat free ricotta cheese |
4 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese |
1 ounces mozzarella cheese |
3 tablespoons egg whites |
3 ounces parmesan cheese |
1 tsp black pepper |
2 tsp dried basil |
Directions:
1. boil pasta, drain and set aside 2. mix ricotta, eggwhites, pepper, basil and parmesan 3. shred mozzarella cheeses 4. layer noodles, then ricotta, then marinara, then mozzarella. Repeat 5. bake 375 for 45 minutes, let stand for 15 minutes |
