Mom's Crunchy Cabbage Salad |

This is a classic recipe my mom has been making since the 60s. This is an easy recipe and great for company. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, uncooked and crumbled |
4 green onions, sliced |
1/2 head cabbage, shredded |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Make dressing ahead, mix together and refrigerate. 2. Mix salad ingredients together, noodles last. 3. Toss slightly. 4. Pour dressing and serve immediately. |
