One of my mom's signature summer dishes. Cook time is the chilling time. Ingredients:
2 -3 cucumbers, sliced (peeled, if preferred) |
16 ounces sour cream |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except cucumbers until creamy. 2. Add cucumbers. Refrigerate until well chilled. 3. I dish mine out using a slotted spoon and then season with salt and pepper. |
