Mom's Crab Cakes - Low Cal!

Mom's crab cakes but substituting 2 slices of white bread for 1 1/2 cup of corn flakes. Makes for a healthier meal!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup corn flakes
2 tbsp lite miracle whip
2 tsp old bay seasoning
2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1 egg
1 lb crab meat
Directions:
1. Mix together miracle whip, OLD BAY, parsley, mustard and egg.
2. Stir in corn flakes and crab meat.
3. Shape mixture into patties
4. Place on cookie sheet (Instead of spraying with non-stick stray, place on parchment paper.
5. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20 minutes!
6. ENJOY!
