This dish is great. All the flavors mix together, and it goes great with anything from chicken to steaks or whatever you want to fix it with Ingredients:
1 8 in. pan of baked cornbread crumbled small |
1 c. mayo |
1 pt. sweet pickle relish or 1 pt. sweet picke juice and |
1/2 c. diced sweet pickles |
1 c. fresh diced tomatoes |
1/2 c. any fresh veggies such as |
cucumbers |
broccoli |
bell pepper |
cauliflower |
celery |
Directions:
1. crumble up cornbread 2. cut up veggies small 3. mix together with cornbread 4. then add your mayo and pickles 5. mix well, can be prepared a day ahead of time 6. Refrigerate 7. If you use onions but use only 1/4 cup |
