My mom made these every Christmas and they are so good! Kinda like a crunchy peanut butter cup...how can you go wrong with that?! Ingredients:
24 ounces chocolate bark |
12 ounces round snack crackers (i use ritz) |
12 ounces peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter between 2 crackers.
2. Melt chocolate bark in a large glass dish in microwave 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Dip crackers in chocolate bark with tongs and place on waxed paper.
