Mom's Chocolate Cheesecake |

Not your normal cheesecake. This one goes in a 9x13 baking dish, and you use a cake mix! Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box fudge cake mix |
4 eggs |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 2. Reserve 1 cup dry fudge cake mix. 3. Combine remaining mix, 1 egg and oil. 4. Press mix into a 9x13 cake pan. 5. Blend cream cheese and sugar. 6. Add 3 eggs and reserved cup of fudge cake mix. 7. Beat for 1 minute. 8. Gradually add milk, sour cream and vanilla. Mix until smooth. 9. Bake 45-55 minutes, or until firm in center. 10. **Melt chocolate chips and drizzle on top after baked, or mix whole chocolate chips into batter before cooking**. |
