Moms Chinese Coleslaw

This is my Mom's recipe and I really like it! It is good on the side with Bbq Beef Sandwhiches. I usually leave out the sunflower seeds.
Ingredients:
1 lb. coleslaw mix
2 packages beef ramen noodles (uncooked)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1-2 stems green onions
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix coleslaw, sunflower seeds, green onions, almonds and crunched up dry ramen noodles.
2. In seperate bowl mix oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packets from ramen. Toss with coleslaw ingredients and serve!
