A sweet chili sauce from the Midwest Ingredients:
10 medium tomatoes, chopped |
2 large onions, chopped |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1 cup vinegar |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil. 2. Simmer until thick. 3. Add one tsp cimmamon in each pint jar. 4. Put chili sauce in jars and seal while hot. |
