Eat on pita, crackers or celery sticks Ingredients:
3/4 cup chicken, finely chopped |
1 celery stalk, finely chopped |
1 spring onion, finely chopped |
3 ounces kale, finely chopped |
3 tbsp light mayonnaise |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. 2. Serve on bread, crackers, pita, tortilla, celery sticks, carrot sticks, etc. for a light lunch or snack. |
