This recipe is a simple and quick dessert for anyone in a bind...or just anyone looking for something new to try. Make sure you can refrigerate for approximately 1 hour so pie is set. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk and blend thoroughly. 2. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla. 3. Pour into graham cracker crust. 4. Refrigerate, and before serving, spread cherry pie filling over top. |
