Mom's Cauliflower Cheese Soup

My sister was cleaning out her refrigerator one day and said 'Here, Mom makes the best cauliflower cheese soup; all you need is kielbasa. Make it for church on Sunday; they will love it.'
Ingredients:
3 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 small carrot, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 small head cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
1/2 lb kielbasa
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Combine 3 cups water, boullion, carrot, onion, and cauliflower in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil.
2. Cut kielbasa in half, cut in half again, and then into bite size pieces.
3. Add to broth and veggies as you cut.
4. Turn heat down and cook until veggies are tender.
5. Add evaporated milk and cubed Velveeta cheese; stir until melted.
6. Combine cornstarch with water; stir into soup.
7. Cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
