Another great recipe from Mom! This salad is so yummy, the kids won't know that they are eating broccoli! Ingredients:
2 bunches broccoli |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/4 cup raisins |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges (drained) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut florets from broccoli. 2. Add all ingredients to large bowl. 3. Mix together and refrigerate overnight. |
