Mom's Broccoli Mandarin Salad |

This recipe makes broccoli a pleasure to eat! Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets |
1/2 cup raisins |
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped |
2 cups sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup slivered and toasted almond |
10 ounces mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 sliced red onion |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine salad ingredients in salad bowl. 2. Stir together dressing ingredients in measuring cup and then add and mix with salad. 3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to 2 days. |
