Mom's Blueberry Bran Muffins |

My mom makes a couple dozen of these at a time and freezes them so we can just reheat one when we would like to have one , best way to eat them hot with a small pat of butter. Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup shortening |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup molasses |
2 cups bran |
2 cups milk |
3 cups of flour |
2 tsp salt |
2 tsp baking soda |
2 tsp baking powder |
1 cup of blueberries |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Cream Brown sugar and shortening 3. Add two eggs and molasses, stir 4. Combine all ingredients well and add one cup of blueberries 5. Bake for 15-20 mins |
