Ingredients:

1.5 pound(s) ground sirloin |
1 cup(s) ketchup |
1 cup(s) milk |

1 cup(s) pepperidge farm bread stuffing (dry) |

2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) vinegar |
1/2 cup(s) water |
2 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix together sirloin, milk, egg, stuffing, 1 onion, salt and pepper. 2. Form into mini loaves. Put into corning ware that has been sprayed with "Pam." 3. Make sauce: (this can be done ahead of time) 4. Mix ketchup, water, sugar, worcestershire sauce, vinegar and a chopped onion together. Simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Pour cooked sauce over the meatloaves. 6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. 7. Pour cooked sauce over and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. |
