3 bananas, ripe |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/3 cup margarine, melted |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix the bananas, sugar, and vanilla; add the butter. 3. Fold in the flour, baking powder, and soda. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
