This is from my mother's recipe collection. Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust |
3 medium bananas |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. 2. Line pie crust with slices from 2 bananas. 3. Whip cream cheese till fluffy. 4. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk. 5. Continue to stir until well blended. 6. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract-blend well. 7. Pour into crust. 8. Chill 2 hours or until firm. 9. Garnish with banana slices from the third banana. |
