This is really the best banana bread I've ever had. It has a wonderful flavor and is so very, very moist. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1/2 cup butter (softened) |
2 eggs (slightly beaten) |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup mashed banana |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sour cream and baking soda together. Combine the two mixtures. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
