An easy twist on potato salad. This is my mom's recipe. She's been making it for years. Ingredients:
4 russet potatoes, baked |
3 green onions, chopped |
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons creole seasoning |
Directions:
1. Cut cooled potatoes into chunks, mix with green onions bacon and mayo. Add creole seasoning to taste. Chill completely before serving. |
