My Mom has made these for years. I don't really care for baked beans and I love these as does anyone who has ever eaten them. They are so simple to make and have such a wonderful flavor-even better the next day! I do hope you try them because once you do you will make them again. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) can b&m baked beans |
1 (1 lb) can lima beans |
1 (1 lb) can butter beans |
1 (1 lb) can kidney bean |
1/2 lb bacon |
1 large onion |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°. 2. Drain all beans but baked beans. 3. Cut bacon small and chop onion and cook together, drain. 4. In casserole mix together everything. 5. Cover and bake till bubbly approximately 1 hour. |
