High in fat and calories, but worth it. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans artichoke hearts (rinsed and chopped) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup grated romano cheese |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
Directions:
1. Rinse the brine from the artichoke hearts and chop. 2. Add to large bowl and mix with remaining ingredients, except the Old Bay. 3. Spread in a 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle the Old Bay on top. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 5. Serve warm with crackers. |
