Mom's Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
6 cup(s) apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
1/4 cup(s) water
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1.5 cup(s) flour
1.5 cup(s) sugar
2/3 cup(s) butter (softened)
Directions:
1. ) Mixed sliced apples with ingredients above through cinnamon.
2. ) Spray a 9X13 baking dish with Pam and spread the apple mix evenly in the dish.
3. ) Mix flour & sugar together in a bowl and then add the butter. Using a pastry cutter, cut the mixture until pea sized. Spread evenly over the apple mix in the baking dish.
4. ) Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until apple mixture is bubbling and crust/topping is browned.
