Ingredients:
1 califlower - small head
6 carrots - cut in 2 strips
4 ribs celery - cut in 1 pieces
2 green pepper - cut in 1/2 strips
1 pimentos - 4 oz. jar
1 stuffed green olives - 6 oz.
1-1/2 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoon(s) sugar
2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) oregano
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 cup(s) water
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
Directions:
1. Adjust seasonings to your taste and bring all ingredients to a boil - stir occasionally. Simmer, covered for 5 minutes. Cool and Refrigerate in covered container.
