Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs, lightly beaten |
2 (16 ounce) cans unsweetened pumpkin puree |
3 1/2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon clove |
2/3 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven- 350°. 2. Butter and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans. 3. Stir together sugar and oil. 4. Stir in eggs and pumpkin. 5. Combine dry ingredients in a bowle. 6. Blend dry and water into wet mixture 7. (1/3 dry then 1/2 water the another 1/3 dry, so on). 8. Separate between two loaf pans 9. Bake 30-40 min or till cake tester comes out clean. 10. Let stand 10 minute. 11. Remove from pans and cool. |
