1 lb ground beef |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
3/4 stick saltine crackers |
parsley |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. crush crackers until almost fine. wet with a tiny bit of water . 2. add in meat, cheese, and eggs. then add two handfuls of chopped extremely small parsley, and enough black pepper to taste.mix with hand. 3. make into 20 balls. 4. add evoo to a pan, and add the meatballs. fry. 5. put in sauce or serve! |
