Mommas Cottage Cheese Cake

This dish is truly remarkable - it will definitely have people talking about what a unique idea. My family make it for various get-togethers and loves it.
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice (or juice of 1/2 lemon)
1 can eagle brand milk
4 eggs (separated)
1 pound cottage cheese (small curd)
2 tablespoons vanilla
4 tablespoons flour
Directions:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press 3/4 of this mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan.
2. Mash cottage cheese with fork. Slightly beat egg yolks and mix with lemon juice and Eagle Brand Milk.
3. Add stiffly beaten egg whites, sugar, flour & vanilla.
4. Pour over graham cracker crumbs in pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 of crumbs on top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center come out clean
