Momma Maglione's Easy Pasta Fagioli |

This is very easy and fast so it's perfect for a weeknight meal. This is another one of Momma Maglione's recipes! Fagioli is pronounced fazool. Ingredients:
4 -6 garlic cloves, chopped |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can water |
14 1/2 ounces cannellini beans |
1 pinch crushed pepper |
8 ounces ditalini (you can substitute elbow macaroni) |
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in olive oil. 2. Add tomato sauce, water, cannellini beans and crushed red pepper and simmer while pasta is cooking. 3. Rinse pasta. Mix ditallini and sauce mixture. |
