Momma Jans Buttermilk Pancakes

This was my god mother's Momma Jan's German Buttermilk Pancake recipe. My mom recently handed down the recipes to me. And I cherish everyone that I have.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp sugar
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup melt butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.
2. In a small bowl, mix together wet ingredients; eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla.
3. Pour liquids into dry mix, stirring completely until smooth. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before using.
4. Using a scoop or a small measuring cup to distribute batter. Pour batter on to hot heated skillet or griddle that's been buttered or sprayed with a non-stick.
5. Cook until bubbles form on top surface of batter and able to lift with a spatula, should look golden brown. Flip, cook for a 1-2 minutes more.
6. Pancakes cook fast. Please watch closely as they can burn.
7. Makes roughly 12 pancakes
