Ingredients:
1 cup(s) broken pecan meats |
1 cup(s) dark corn syrup |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 cup(s) half and half |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
3/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix sugar, flour and salt in bowl. Stir in dark corn syrup. Beat in 2 eggs. Mil in half and half OR evaporated milk. Add pecans and vanilla. 3. Bake in 8 inch pie shell for 50 min or until firm. 4. Cool |
