Serve this over Ice Cream. This came from 100 Years Of Oakwood Cooking. I haven't tried this, just posting for safe keeping. I plan to try substituting Splenda for the sugar.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
13 ounces carnation evaporated milk
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Boil first 3 ingredients until thick (about 2 minutes).
2. Add margarine and vanilla.
