This recipe came from my best freind growing up's Mom. Shew was a wonderful lady who was my other Mom. I'll never forget her or her challenge to me to get me to eat Tacos when I said I hated them. LOL, she was right, I loved them! She used to serve the meat on flour tortillas with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions and enchilada sauce. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 small onion, minced |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute' the beef with the garlic and onions. Drain the excess fat. Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Mix well. 2. Meat freezes well. |
